When a pair of suicidal strangers inadvertently exchange blood, they become best friends, partners in crime, and eventually…each other.

Short synopsis

1974. Vic and Leslie, two closeted transgender outsiders, meet in the hospital when they attempt suicide on the same night. Through a medical mishap performed by a mad doctor, they accidentally receive transfusions of each other’s blood. The fateful blood swap triggers a chaotic chain of events, including a daring escape from the hospital, a grisly supernatural transformation, and a game of cat and mouse with their lobotomy obsessed physician. The strange happenings culminate in Vic and Leslie gruesomely swapping physical forms, and finally embracing their true gender identities.
